Role Overview:
We are hiring a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in AI & Automation to bridge business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will identify process gaps, gather requirements, and help implement intelligent automation to drive efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyze automation opportunities.
- Document business requirements and process flows.
- Collaborate with AI/ML & RPA teams for solution delivery.
- Evaluate tools, create impact assessments, and support UAT.
Requirements:
- Proven BA experience in IT/Automation.
- Knowledge of AI concepts & RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate, etc.).
- Strong analytical, communication & documentation skills.
- Degree in CS/IT or related field; relevant certifications preferred.
