Job Summary
PRM Roadways Private Limited is hiring Operations Tracking Executives to monitor vehicle movements, track fleet operations, generate reports, and support day-to-day transport operations using GPS and CCTV monitoring systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track vehicle movements across all operational shifts.
- Perform real-time fleet tracking using GPS systems.
- Generate daily reports such as KM Reports, Speed Violation Reports, and Parking Violation Reports.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and provide live operational updates.
- Download CCTV footage as requested by management.
- Coordinate with hardware and software service teams for GPS and CCTV system maintenance.
- Monitor unauthorized vehicle movements during holidays and non-operational hours.
- Prepare and share daily operations communication reports.
- Report operational issues and coordinate with the concerned teams.
- Maintain accurate vehicle tracking records and operational data.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
- Good observation and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Ability to learn GPS tracking and CCTV monitoring systems.
- Basic reporting and problem-solving skills.
Qualification
Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in Transport Operations, Fleet Management, Vehicle Tracking, GPS Monitoring, Logistics, or Control Room Operations is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
