As our digital marketing function is still in its early stages, we are looking for a proactive individual who can take complete ownership of the organization’s digital marketing activities and help build the function from the ground up.

Position Overview
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and continuously improving all digital marketing activities across the organization.
This is not a role limited to social media posting. The selected candidate will independently manage digital marketing campaigns, create marketing content, design basic promotional materials, manage advertisements, improve website visibility, generate leads, analyze performance, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors whenever required.
The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently, taking initiative, solving problems proactively, and ensuring consistent execution of marketing activities with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing Strategy
* Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
* Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing plans.
* Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.
* Research competitors and industry trends to recommend improvements.
* Continuously evaluate and optimize marketing performance.

2. Social Media Management
* Manage all official social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and other relevant channels.
* Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
* Create engaging posts, stories, reels, and promotional campaigns.
* Schedule and publish content across platforms.
* Monitor audience engagement and respond or coordinate responses where appropriate.
* Track platform performance and recommend improvements.

3. Content Creation
* Create high-quality marketing content including:
* Social media posts
* Blogs
* Website content
* Email campaigns
* Newsletters
* Promotional materials
* Patient awareness campaigns
* Convert technical and medical information into simple, engaging content suitable for the general public.
* Ensure all content aligns with Solace’s brand identity and communication guidelines.

4. Graphic Design & Creative Production
* Design day-to-day marketing materials using tools such as Canva or similar software.
* Create posters, banners, brochures, flyers, presentations, social media creatives, advertisements, and event promotions.
* Perform basic photo editing and simple video editing for reels and promotional videos.
* Coordinate with external designers, videographers, photographers, printers, and creative agencies for advanced creative requirements.
* Review outsourced work to ensure quality and brand consistency.

5. Paid Advertising
* Plan, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns on:
* Google Ads
* Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
* LinkedIn Ads (when applicable)
* Other relevant platforms
* Monitor campaign budgets and optimize performance.
* Improve Cost Per Lead (CPL), Return on Investment (ROI), and conversion rates.
* Prepare campaign performance reports.

6. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
* Perform keyword research.
* Improve on-page and off-page SEO.
* Monitor website rankings and search visibility.
* Coordinate SEO improvements with the website development team.
* Increase organic traffic through content optimization.

7. Website Management
* Coordinate website updates.
* Upload and update website content.
* Ensure website information remains accurate and current.
* Assist in creating landing pages for campaigns.
* Identify opportunities to improve user experience and conversion rates.

8. Lead Generation & Conversion Support
* Develop campaigns that generate qualified enquiries.
* Monitor digital enquiries and campaign performance.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up.
* Recommend improvements to increase enquiry-to-conversion rates.

9. Analytics & Reporting
* Monitor digital marketing performance using tools such as:
* Google Analytics
* Google Search Console
* Meta Business Suite
* Google Ads
* Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
* Present insights and recommendations based on performance data.
* Track KPIs and campaign effectiveness.

10. Cross-Functional Coordination
* Work closely with doctors, psychologists, therapists, reception, operations, HR, administration, management, and software developers to gather information and execute campaigns.
* Coordinate with external freelancers, agencies, printers, media partners, and vendors whenever specialized expertise is required.
* Ensure timely completion of marketing activities through effective follow-up.

11. Brand Management
* Maintain consistency across all digital platforms.
* Ensure all marketing communications follow Solace’s branding guidelines.
* Monitor online reputation and customer feedback.
* Recommend improvements to strengthen the organization’s digital presence
12. Innovation & Continuous Improvement
* Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, platform updates, and best practices.
* Explore automation tools that improve marketing efficiency.
* Suggest innovative campaign ideas and growth strategies.
* Continuously improve marketing processes and workflows
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
* 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing. Exceptional fresh graduates with a strong portfolio may also be considered.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and platforms.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of Malayalam is an added advantage.
