Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Officer to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, field sales, and business development, preferably within the Architecture, Interior Design, Building Materials, or Construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, developers, dealers, and corporate clients.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Field Sales.
- Experience in the Architecture, Interior Design, Building Materials, Furniture, or Construction industry is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
