About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support the daily operations of our law office. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using computers, handling documents, and communicating professionally with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize office files and legal documents.
- Scan, upload, and maintain digital records.
- Draft basic letters and documents using Microsoft Word.
- Work with Microsoft Excel for basic data entry and record-keeping.
- Send and manage emails professionally.
- Search for information online when required.
- Assist with general day-to-day administrative tasks.
- And other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Graduate or currently pursuing graduation.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email.
- Comfortable using scanners, printers, and computers.
- Basic internet and web browsing skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Honest, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Prior office experience is preferred but not mandatory.
