Job Responsibilities – Site Supervisor (Furniture Installation)
- Supervise and manage on-site installation work for furniture projects (mainly wooden/retail fixtures).
- Handle a team of carpenters, helpers, and installers; ensure proper task allocation and discipline.
- Read and understand drawings and layouts; guide the team accordingly on site.
- Ensure quality of installation as per company standards and approved designs.
- Coordinate with production team, designers, and clients for smooth execution.
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely project completion.
- Handle site measurements, corrections, and adjustments during installation.
- Ensure proper material handling and usage to avoid damage or wastage.
- Maintain daily site reports, updates, and photographs for tracking.
- Resolve on-site issues, client concerns, and coordination gaps immediately.
- Ensure safety practices and proper use of tools and equipment at site.
- Manage final finishing, snag closure, and handover of the project.
