We are looking for a driven and proficient Senior Associate - Product Delivery to join our team. The ideal candidate will have responsibility for covering a business area, developing a deep understanding of the ESG solution, and working with clients/stakeholders in developing/implementing solutions using data that provide value to the business.What we expect
- Oversee client onboarding into a SaaS-based ESG solution, including kickoff, requirement gathering, configuration, and deployment.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Manage data migration, validation, dashboard configuration, and report setup.
- Conduct internal user acceptance testing (UAT) before deployment.
- Onboard and train users while providing ongoing implementation support.
- Ensure project delivery within defined turnaround times.
- Provide regular project status updates to clients and stakeholders through clear communication.
- Contribute to product enhancements based on client feedback and internal analysis.
- Assist in issue resolution and continuous process improvements.
- Support internal training programs and team development initiatives.
- Assist the Customer Success team in handling post-go-live client queries.
- Provide support to the Research & Product team as needed.
- Support delivery activities and perform additional tasks as required.
What we need
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in Client/Stakeholder Management and Project Management, preferably in consulting or similar environments.
- Knowledge of ESG, Supply Chain/Value Chain Management, and Enterprise Risk Management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective decision-making abilities.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
