Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled PLC Programmer to develop, test, and commission PLC-based automation systems for SPM and industrial automation projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in PLC programming, HMI/SCADA development, electrical troubleshooting, and machine commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and modify PLC programs for industrial automation machines.
- Design and develop HMI/SCADA applications.
- Perform machine commissioning and on-site installation support.
- Read and understand electrical control panel drawings.
- Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, VFD, sensors, and control circuits.
- Test and validate machine functionality before dispatch.
- Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and design teams.
- Provide technical support during production and customer installation.
- Prepare program backups and technical documentation.
- Ensure project completion within the planned schedule.
Required Skills
- Experience with PLC programming (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Delta, Omron, Allen-Bradley, or equivalent).
- HMI development and SCADA knowledge.
- Good understanding of industrial automation systems.
- Knowledge of VFDs, servo drives, sensors, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for machine commissioning if required.
Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics & Instrumentation (E&I), Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Mechatronics, or a related field.
