Shift: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to handle international customers, manage service requests, membership renewals, and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Handle customer queries through calls.
Manage membership renewals and service requests.
Resolve customer concerns professionally.
Maintain customer records and follow-ups.
Achieve service quality and customer satisfaction targets.
12th Pass or above.
6 months to 1 year of recent International Customer Service experience.
Excellent English communication skills.
Comfortable working in permanent night shifts.
Must Have: Recent International Customer Service experience, excellent English communication, and willingness to work night shifts.
Nice to Have: Experience in CRM tools, customer retention, renewals, and handling international customers.
