Work Mode: Onsite
Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (US Shift)
Experience: 1–4 Years
We are looking for experienced OPT Recruiters to join our growing US IT Staffing team!
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates through various sourcing channels
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
Ensure consistent candidate engagement and timely follow-ups
Requirements:
✔ 1–4 years of experience in OPT Recruitment / US IT Staffing
✔ Strong experience sourcing OPT, STEM OPT, W2, and H1B Transfer candidates
✔ Good understanding of the US recruitment process, visa categories, tax terms, and candidate marketing
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
✔ Strong organizational and relationship-management skills
