Key Expertise:
- Strong experience in Corporate Law and Criminal Law
- Ability to handle legal notices, litigation, contracts, and compliance matters
- Experience in coordinating with external counsels and representing the company's legal interests
- Sound knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and legal documentation
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Mature, practical, and solution-oriented approach
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work independently and handle sensitive legal matters with confidentiality
