Back to Source Hospitality Group is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of new restaurant, café, bakery and hospitality projects as well as upgrades and renovations of existing outlets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute new restaurant and café projects from concept to opening.
- Prepare and modify kitchen layouts and project drawings using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Manage civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, gas pipeline, and fire-fighting works.
- Liaise with government authorities, Municipal Corporation, and statutory agencies for approvals.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality, and compliance.
- Lead renovation and infrastructure improvement projects across existing outlets.
- Ex-Serviceman preferred with strong leadership, discipline and project management capabilities.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project execution experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Experience in hospitality, restaurant, retail, or commercial projects preferred.
- Strong contractor management and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
