About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Career Counselor to guide prospective students, drive admissions, and support the counseling team. The ideal candidate should have strong counseling and sales skills, along with experience in leading or supervising a small team.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and admissions.
- Convert leads into enrollments by providing the right guidance and follow-up.
- Handle inbound and outbound counseling calls and walk-in inquiries.
- Assist in achieving individual and team admission targets.
- Supervise, mentor, and support junior counselors in their daily activities.
- Monitor lead allocation, follow-ups, and conversion rates.
- Train new team members on counseling techniques and CRM usage.
- Resolve escalations and ensure a high-quality student experience.
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports for management.
- Coordinate with the admissions and operations teams for smooth enrollment processes.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience as a Career Counselor/Academic Counselor/Admission Counselor.
- Prior experience in team handling, supervision, or as a Team Leader is preferred.
- Experience in the EdTech or Education industry will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
