Job Description
We are looking for a Marketing Executive responsible for marketing documentation, internal/external coordination, IMS-related preparation, and tele-calling activities. The role requires strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and basic knowledge of marketing and quality systems.
Key Responsibilities1. Documentation & Marketing Support
- Prepare, maintain, and update marketing documents, proposals, presentations, and reports
- Handle tender-related documentation and marketing records
- Maintain customer databases, enquiry logs, and follow-up reports
- Ensure proper filing and version control of documents
2. Coordination Activities
- Coordinate with sales, engineering, project, and accounts teams for marketing-related requirements
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and consultants for enquiries, meetings, and follow-ups
- Support management with reports, MIS, and status updates
3. IMS (Integrated Management System) Preparation
- Assist in preparation and maintenance of IMS documentation (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
- Support internal audits, external audits, and management review meetings
- Maintain records related to procedures, formats, checklists, and compliance
- Ensure documents are updated as per latest IMS requirements
4. Tele-Calling & Lead Follow-up
- Make outbound tele-calls to prospective and existing clients
- Follow up on leads, enquiries, and quotations
- Collect client requirements and pass them to the sales/technical team
- Maintain tele-calling reports and call logs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant field
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of marketing processes and documentation
- Familiarity with IMS / ISO documentation is preferred
- Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple departments
- Polite, confident, and professional telephone etiquette
Preferred Skills
- Experience in industrial / engineering / environmental sector
- Exposure to CRM systems or lead management tools
- Basic knowledge of tendering and client handling
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
