The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration within a dynamic environment to ensure that applications effectively support organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Assist in the documentation and maintenance of application design and development processes.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end development frameworks and technologies related to .Net Full Stack Development.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with database management and integration techniques within the .Net Full Stack Development environment.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Additional Information:
