Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell our products/services, build strong relationships with customers, and drive market growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients in the field to generate leads and close sales.
- Conduct regular client visits, product presentations, and demos.
- Promote company products/services in assigned territories to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to the management.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
- Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM/tools regularly.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and trade shows when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of proven field sales or marketing experience.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned area.
- Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.
