Key responsibilities include developing treatment plans, counseling individuals and families, and conducting research. They promote mental well-being and help clients navigate difficult situations, ranging from everyday stress to severe mental illness
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations.
- Diagnose mental health and developmental conditions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Work collaboratively with therapists (Speech, Occupational, ABA, Special Educators).
- Maintain accurate case records and documentation.
- Guide parents with counseling and behavior management strategies.
- Conduct parent meetings and progress review sessions.
- Monitor and track child development and therapy outcomes.
- Ensure ethical and professional standards are maintained
