Position: TM-Manufacturing ( From Automotive Industry)
Education: B.E. / B.Tech (Mech/ Prod) 4-6 years or Diploma (Mech/Elec) 7-9 years
Experience: 4-5 years of experience in Manufacturing or Production process and shift management.
- Knowledge of CNC machine, poke-yoke, downtime reductions, reduction in process rejections, Low cost automation
- TPM, Shop floor practices
- Shift handling | experience in identifying process criticality
Location: Chakan, Pune.
Job Description:
- Handling of Shift Duties, Line Output & product quality and process yield improvement and meeting on-time delivery
- Execution of the production targets, Meeting On-Time Delivery, Daily performance control & review, WIP monitoring
- Reduction in process rejections and improve yield & energy, reduce reprocess and rework, autoclave loss reduction & stuffing efficiency improvement
- Drive various focused & continuous improvement projects in order to improve the operating efficiencies of the lines
- Responsible for Cycle time, yield & OEE analysis & losses reduction
- Support CFT on Loss analysis and Eradication
- Addressing the customer concerns with proper root cause analysis, customer complaint 8D analysis
- Establish process control through audits, process audit analysis of data etc.
- Compliance with Customer/ IATF/ OHSAS requirements.
- Training to teams & manpower handling- EHS compliance, 5S implementation, AM improvements, workplace Management, understanding of WCM concepts, & drive people involvement initiatives
