Introduction: You will manage all SMM activities, including developing and executing content calendars, cultivating social media communities, and tracking metrics. Also, you will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts, and managing the company’s image on social media platforms to achieve marketing goals. Further, you will be responsible for creating, managing & optimizing social ads, Facebook Ads, PPC, and Google Ads, and driving revenue & engagement from them.
Candidate Profile:
- 5 days a week.
- Computer Proficiency: Good required for:
- Google Sheets or MS Excel
- Knowledge of keyword research.
- Qualification: Minimum graduation in marketing and any related field.
- Post-graduation is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good Analytical Skills
- Proactive and result- oriented attitude.
- Extensive understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
- Excellent knowledge of best practices for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media.
- Should have a performance record on Google & Facebook ads.

Task Profile:
- Increasing followers on various Social Media Platforms
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
- Build and execute social media content strategies across all brand platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter), scheduling posts and stories to increase brand awareness and boost community engagement.
- Manage a budget for promoting social media posts and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, including Google Ads, Facebook ads, Instagram ads, Bing ads, and other platforms.
- Plan, develop, and execute media communication strategies and influencer marketing programs aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Implement a multi-channel approach, integrating digital channels such as PPC, content marketing, and social media for cohesive campaign execution.
