About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Placement Officer to join our Training & Placement team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in the EdTech industry and a strong understanding of student placement processes, employer engagement, and career guidance.
The candidate will be responsible for building corporate relationships, facilitating student placements, coordinating with academic teams, and achieving monthly placement targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage placement activities for students.
- Develop and maintain relationships with companies, recruiters, and industry partners.
- Identify new employers and generate placement opportunities.
- Achieve monthly placement targets through effective employer engagement.
- Coordinate with branch teams to understand placement requirements.
- Organize placement drives, campus interviews, and recruitment events.
- Guide students on resume preparation, interview skills, and career planning.
- Conduct employability and career development sessions.
- Maintain placement records, employer databases, and monthly reports.
- Travel within the assigned region for company visits and placement activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in Placement, Corporate Relations, Business Development, or Student Relations within the EdTech industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to meet targets and work independently.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting.
- Willingness to travel as required.

- Experience in campus placements or training institutes.
- Knowledge of the local job market and hiring trends.
