The Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing the overall restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest service, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, leading the team, controlling costs, and achieving sales and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including dine-in, takeaway, and delivery services.
- Ensure exceptional guest experience and promptly resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and supervise restaurant staff.
- Manage employee scheduling, attendance, and performance.
- Monitor sales, control food and labor costs, and achieve revenue targets.
- Manage inventory, stock control, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Support marketing initiatives and drive guest engagement and repeat business.
- Prepare operational reports and ensure smooth opening and closing procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- 5–8 years of restaurant operations experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in Casual Dining, Fine Dining, or QSR operations preferred.

Compensation
As per company standards and commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
