Job Description:
We are looking for a Telecaller who is fluent in English, Hindi, and Malayalam to support our Hypertension Patient Support Program (PSP). The role involves calling patients, explaining the PSP, assisting with appointment scheduling, collecting and verifying documents, enrolling eligible patients, and maintaining daily call reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers and patients.
- Welcome patients to the Hypertension Patient Support Program (PSP).
- Clearly explain the benefits and process of the PSP.
- Share information about free diet consultations and assist patients with appointment scheduling (with their consent).
- Inform patients about the documents required for PSP enrolment.
- Receive and verify submitted documents.
- Enrol eligible patients into the PSP after successful document verification.
- Achieve daily calling targets and maintain accurate reports.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with MS Excel and CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred.
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate in Health background.
