Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Freelance Online Coding Teachers to conduct live online coding classes for students based in the USA and Canada. Teachers should be able to create an interactive learning environment and help students develop coding, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one and group coding classes online.
- Teach coding concepts using platforms and languages such as:
- Scratch
- Python
- HTML/CSS
- JavaScript
- Web Development
- Game Development (preferred)
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and coding projects.
- Track student progress and provide regular feedback.
- Maintain class records and attendance.
- Ensure classes are engaging, interactive, and student-focused.
- Coordinate with the academic team regarding student performance and scheduling.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of coding and programming concepts.
- Prior teaching or tutoring experience in coding/programming.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to teach students from different age groups.
- Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet, or similar online teaching platforms.
- Laptop/Desktop with a stable high-speed internet connection.
- Ability to work during North American time zones.
Working Hours
- Night Shift (IST)
- Classes are scheduled according to USA and Canada student timings.
- Flexible scheduling based on class allocation and availability.
Compensation
- Per-class payment / Hourly payment (based on experience and qualifications).
- Consistent class opportunities for high-performing teachers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Experience teaching international students.
- Knowledge of Robotics, AI, App Development, or Advanced Programming is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹200.00 - ₹250.00 per hour
