Job Description
Webtechnomind IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced PPC Expert to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns for domestic and international clients. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Google Ads, campaign optimization, lead generation, and performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns.
- Create and execute lead generation and eCommerce advertising strategies.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Set up conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads.
- Perform A/B testing for ad copies, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Collaborate with SEO, content, and design teams to improve campaign performance.

Qualifications

- Proven experience handling monthly ad budgets of ₹1 Lakh+.
- Experience with international campaigns (UK, USA, Australia, UAE) is an advantage.

- Immediate Joiner or within 15-30 days notice period.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
