We are looking for an Insurance Broker Assistant (Process Australian Insurance) who supports Insurance Brokers and Account Executives in delivering efficient and compliant insurance services across the Australian market. The role involves processing policy documentation, managing client enquiries, preparing quotations, and providing accurate administrative support. A strong focus is placed on customer service, attention to detail, compliance with industry regulations, and maintaining effective communication between clients, brokers, and insurers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process new business applications, renewals, endorsements, and policy amendments.
- Prepare, issue, and follow up on insurance quotations.
- Respond to enquiries from brokers, clients, insurers, and internal teams.
- Draft and prepare correspondence between clients and insurers for approval.
- Maintain accurate policy records, endorsements, and documentation requirements.
- Assist with customer enquiries, payments, invoicing, and general administrative tasks.
- Support complaint handling procedures and escalate issues where required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, privacy standards, and Australian insurance regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational and service goals.
