JD (Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager)
Responsibilities
Inbound & Outbound Operations - Oversee GRN processing, vehicle unloading, inventory movement for efficient store operations.
Inventory Management - Maintain inventory accuracy through regular audits, proper stock handling and keep the store clean.
Store SLA Management - Monitor fill rate, complaint resolution, and order picking timelines to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Manpower Planning - Manage shift schedules, rosters, attendance, and weekly offs to ensure smooth store operations and adequate manpower availability.
Last Mile Management - From cash settlement to coordinating with riders and handling ground-level issues.
Requirements
Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification
0-5 years of experience in e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably within a quick commerce or fast-paced retail environment
Basic Microsoft Knowledge
Good communication skills (verbal & written).
Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
