Spectrum Solar is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Regional Training Executive to support employee development, performance enhancement, and productivity improvement initiatives across our Kerala operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying training needs, conducting training programs, evaluating employee performance, and helping teams achieve higher levels of efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver training programs for employees across various departments.
- Assess skill gaps and identify learning and development opportunities.
- Support employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Conduct field visits across Kerala to monitor training effectiveness and provide coaching support.
- Assist managers in implementing performance improvement initiatives.
- Track employee learning progress and training outcomes.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, assessments, and reports.
- Collaborate with department heads to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, observations, and performance metrics.
- Maintain training records and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Training & Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in training, learning & development, HR, or employee development roles.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate diverse teams.
- Strong organizational and reporting abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
- Valid driving license preferred.
