We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Design Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will support the design, development, testing, and improvement of products, components, or systems. This position is ideal for experienced or early-career engineers looking to build hands-on experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating 2D and 3D models, drawings, and assemblies using CAD software (Creo, Autocad)
- Interact with customers - leading professors and scientists worldwide—to understand their experimental requirements.
- Conduct basic engineering calculations, simulations, and tolerance analyses.
- Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback into updated designs.
- Prepare engineering documentation—including specifications, bills of materials (BOMs)
- Collect, organize, and analyze data using Excel & Word to support design decisions and project reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, quality, assembly, electronics) to ensure product feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
- Adhere to industry standards, internal design guidelines, and safety requirements.
Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Aerospace, or related Engineering field.
- Familiarity with CAD tools(Creo, Ansys, Solidworks, Autocad) and basic engineering principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and contribute proactively.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
