Pekko is a premium bath & body brand launched in 2026. Live at pekko.in, with retail partnerships and manufacturing scale-up planned across the next 12–18 months. We are a small, quality-obsessed team building deliberately.
The Role
We are hiring a Sales Associate to build Pekko's B2B revenue stream from the ground up. You will identify, pitch, and close partnerships with luxury hotels, premium restaurants, wellness spaces, curated retail, and select corporate gifting clients.
You will report directly to the founders and own the B2B channel end-to-end.
This is a hands-on hunter role. There is no team beneath you. You will personally build the pipeline, run the meetings, negotiate the terms, and close the business.
What You Will Own
- Identifying and mapping target accounts across luxury hotels, premium restaurants, wellness and spa spaces, curated retail, and corporate gifting
- Cold and warm outreach to decision-makers — procurement heads, F&B directors, spa managers, buyers, gifting leads
- Product sampling, presentations, and pitches — in-person and virtual
- Commercial negotiation — pricing, volumes, delivery terms, exclusivity where relevant
- Contract closure and coordination with the founders on final terms
- Post-sale account management — reorders, expansion into new touchpoints within the same client, resolving service issues
- Weekly pipeline reviews with the founders — targets, forecasts, deal status
- Feeding back market intelligence — what luxury hospitality buyers are asking for, competitor moves, pricing sensitivity
What We Are Looking For
- 2–4 years of B2B sales experience with a track record of closing
- HORECA experience with a tilt toward luxury is a strong plus. Equally open to sharp candidates from adjacent B2B sales (premium retail, corporate gifting, hospitality supply, luxury lifestyle) who can learn the segment quickly
- Comfort operating in premium spaces — you understand how luxury buyers think, what they value, and how to speak their language
- Strong written communication — emails, proposals, and presentations that reflect the Pekko brand
- Genuine ownership — you build your own pipeline, chase your own leads, and take responsibility for hitting your numbers
- Willingness to travel — the customer base is across India, so travel to Mumbai, Delhi, Goa, and other key markets will be a regular part of the role

- A ready-made pipeline of warm leads
- A team beneath you to delegate outreach or follow-ups to
- Detailed sales playbooks — you will help build them as we go
If you want to inherit a book of business, this is not the role. If you want to build one, it is.
Location
Based in Bengaluru, with travel across India for client meetings. Hybrid — a mix of client-facing days in the field, in-person collaboration with the founders, and remote work.
Compensation
Competitive base salary with performance-linked incentives designed to offer significant upside on target achievement. Structured to reward the person who builds this channel with the business.
