Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Business Administrator to oversee and coordinate daily business operations across multiple departments and projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth internal workflows, team coordination, operational efficiency, and administrative management.
This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, leadership mindset, and the capability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily administrative and operational activities of the company
- Coordinate between departments, teams, vendors, and management for smooth workflow execution
- Monitor project timelines, task follow-ups, and operational performance
- Handle business documentation, reports, internal records, and process organization
- Support management in business planning, scheduling, and operational coordination
- Assist in client communication, vendor management, and business correspondence
- Organize meetings, prepare reports, maintain records, and track important deliverables
- Ensure efficient office administration and support systems across all business activities
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, accounts, and operations teams when required
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive business information

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Notion, Slack, Zoom, and productivity tools
- Basic understanding of business operations, administration, and workflow management
- Ability to manage schedules, deadlines, and multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Notion AI, and automation platforms is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and work independently
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Administration, Operations, or Office Management
- Fluent in English and Malayalam
- Strong time management and follow-up skills
- Professional attitude with leadership and coordination capability
- Ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic business environments
- Strong attention to detail and operational discipline
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Media, or related fields
- Previous experience working in startup, media, technology, marketing, or creative industries is preferred
- Experience handling multiple teams or business verticals is an added advantage
Pay: ₹20,086.00 - ₹43,535.81 per month
