Role Overview ( Mon - Friday ) USA Shift timings 6.30 PM IST to 3.30 AM IST
We are looking for a sharp, motivated Inside Sales & Business Development Sr Assocaite based in India to join our global sales team. You will work remotely and serve as a critical link between client USA team brand portfolio and our international customer base — driving revenue, growing market reach, and ensuring an exceptional client experience.
This is not a passive order-processing role. We want a proactive hunter and relationship builder who can independently identify opportunities, win new accounts, and grow existing ones.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Research and identify prospective customers using company-provided tools and independent market research across assigned territories.
- Revenue Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by actively selling company inventory across assigned brands.
- Business Development: Drive brand growth in assigned territories through strategic outreach, new customer acquisition, and market penetration.
- Cold Calling & Outreach: Conduct proactive tele-calling and cold outreach campaigns to expand the active customer base. 10-15 calls daily
- Key Account Management: Nurture and grow relationships with strategic accounts to maximize lifetime value and repeat business.
- Dormant Account Reactivation: Identify and re-engage lapsed or inactive customers with targeted outreach and tailored offers.
- New Territory Identification: Spot emerging opportunities and recommend new regions or market segments for the brands we carry.
- Market Intelligence: Collect and share actionable feedback on product performance, pricing, and competitive landscape with internal teams.
- Marketing & Broadcasts: Execute digital broadcast campaigns and other marketing activities to generate awareness and demand.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, leads, opportunities, and pipelines in the CRM system.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or business development — preferably in consumer electronics, FMCG, or technology distribution.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills — you will work with international clients daily.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Strong cold-calling skills and comfort with high-volume outbound outreach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fully remote environment.
- Self-driven, result-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Prior exposure to international markets — particularly the Americas, Europe, or Middle East.
- Experience working with consumer electronics or mobile accessories brands.
- Familiarity with B2B wholesale or distribution business models.
- Comfort working across time zones to align with US or LATAM business hours.
