We are looking for enthusiastic and driven professionals to join our team as IT Recruiters and work on US IT Staffing & Recruitment.
Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru – Work From Office
Position: IT Recruiter – US IT Recruitment
Experience: 0–2 Years / Freshers
Shift: Monday–Friday | US Night Shift
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Employment Type: Full-Time
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media and other recruitment channels
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience and job requirements
- Conduct initial candidate discussions and assess communication skills
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Maintain candidate databases, trackers and recruitment records
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Learn and follow US IT recruitment processes, terminology and hiring practices
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets
WHO CAN APPLY?
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of recruitment experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Interested in US IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
- Comfortable working in US night shifts
- Willing to work from office in Whitefield, Bengaluru
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals or recruitment is an added advantage
