Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer to lead the design and execution of retail and commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in concept development, space planning, client presentations, technical drawings, material selection, and project coordination. The role requires managing multiple projects while ensuring high-quality design solutions, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative design concepts for retail, commercial, and office interior projects.
- Prepare detailed layouts, space planning, furniture layouts, and presentation drawings.
- Create mood boards, material palettes, and design presentations.
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and translate them into practical design solutions.
- Prepare detailed working drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and furniture details.
- Review BOQs, material specifications, and project budgets.
- Coordinate with Production, Estimation, Procurement, and Site Execution teams.
- Conduct site visits for measurements, design reviews, and execution support.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and company SOPs.
- Mentor and guide Junior Interior Designers and 3D Visualizers.
- Review design outputs before client submission.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and design innovations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
- 5–8 years of experience in Retail Interior Design and Fit-Out projects.
- Experience handling retail stores, commercial spaces, offices, and showroom projects.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating completed interior design projects.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in retail branding and store design.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, joinery, and furniture detailing.
- Ability to manage client meetings independently.
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and construction methods.
- Experience coordinating with production and site execution teams.

Salary
₹35,000 – ₹65,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
