Position: Senior Executive – HR Operations & Compliance

Role Purpose
The Sr. Executive – Human Resources will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR Operations including Payroll, Statutory Compliance, Attendance & Leave Management, HRMS Administration, Employee Lifecycle Management, Employee Engagement, and HR Documentation while ensuring smooth HR processes and statutory adherence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll & Compensation Management
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing through HRMS software ensuring accuracy and timely closure.
- Coordinate with Accounts department for payroll inputs, salary processing, deductions, and reconciliations.
- Handle Bonus and Gratuity calculations as per statutory requirements.
- Process Full & Final Settlement (F&F) within defined timelines.
- Verify payroll-related reports and maintain payroll records.
Statutory Compliance Management
- Manage end-to-end statutory compliances related to PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, and other applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with PF & ESIC consultants regarding submissions, notices, scrutiny, and compliance-related matters.
- Prepare and share monthly PF & ESIC data with consultants.
- Handle PF Nomination, PF Transfer Forms, PF Withdrawals, E-Nomination, and ESIC-related documentation.
- Attend PF & ESIC authority matters at the first level and coordinate for closure.
- Educate employees regarding PF & ESIC benefits and processes.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage employee onboarding documentation including joining formalities, personal files, and employee records.
- Issue Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Confirmation Letters, Experience Letters, and other HR letters.
- Conduct audits of employee personal files and ensure proper documentation.
- Conduct Exit Interviews and manage employee separation formalities.
- Handle employee reference checks as and when required.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRMS/HRIS systems.
Attendance & Leave Management
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and timekeeping systems.
- Ensure smooth attendance management and timely closure of attendance-related concerns.
- Update yearly leave structures in HRMS in coordination with the HRMS support team.
HRMS & HRIS Management
- Administer HRMS operations and provide training to new joiners and existing employees.
- Coordinate with HRMS technical support teams for issue resolution.
- Monitor HRMS licenses, employee ID creation, and billing coordination.
- Update and implement new HRMS features and process improvements.
- Ensure timely updates of employee data in HRMS.
Employee Engagement & HR Initiatives
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities as per the HR Calendar.
- Support implementation of HR policies and employee grievance management.
- Ensure positive employee relations and employee support across functions.
- Maintain employee wellness initiatives including office First Aid arrangements.
Insurance Management
- Coordinate and maintain records related to Mediclaim and Accident Insurance policies.
- Manage insurance renewals, monthly addition/deletion records, and portal updates.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for employee insurance claims and ensure timely settlement.
Reports & MIS
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS as required by management.
- Maintain HR analytics and provide timely reports to superiors.
- Support PMS (Performance Management System) activities and related data management.
Administration & General Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day office administrative activities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Payroll Processing and Statutory Compliance.
- Good understanding of PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, and Labour Law compliance.
- Hands-on experience in HRMS/HRIS systems.
- Strong documentation and record management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong planning, execution, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Technical Skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS software and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of HR dashboards and MIS reporting.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in Real Estate Industry will be preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and process-driven environment.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
