- Build and maintain Unity games for Android/iOS.
- Collaborate with designers & artists to bring ideas to life.
- Optimize performance for mobile (you know the drill).
- Write clean, modular, reusable code.
- Prototype features fast — polish them faster.
- Skill-Up Wednesdays – weekly team learning sessions.
- Monthly Hackathons – where experiments come to life.
- Small, ownership-driven teams – your voice matters.

- Real feedback – from teammates and players.
- Have 0–3 years of experience in Unity (or serious personal projects).
- Are strong with C# and Unity3D fundamentals.
- Understand mobile performance optimization.
- Like solving problems, not just fixing bugs.
