SGLD Device Retail Sales Specialist (Area Sales Manager)

Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive SGLD device retail sales with one of our Manufacturing client in Hyderabad. The role focuses on B2C/B2G sales, dealer management, and team leadership in the manufacturing/ retail domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve retail sales targets through B2C and B2G (B2PA/B2PS) channels
- Manage dealer networks, retail partnerships, and distributor relationships
- Handle product pricing strategies, planning, and execution
- Lead and motivate sales team to meet regional targets
- Plan and execute marketing/sales activities and campaigns
- Monitor market trends and competition in SGLD device retail
Required Skills & Experience
- 4-6 years in B2C sales, B2G sales, dealer/retail management
- Strong expertise in product pricing, planning, and execution
- Proven team management and leadership skills
- Experience in marketing/sales activity planning
- Manufacturing or retail domain knowledge (SGLD devices preferred)
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
Experience:
- Planning and execution of retail market visits: 5 years (Preferred)
- B2C Sales in Retail/ Manufacturing expertise: 5 years (Preferred)
- Dealer and Retailer appointment: 5 years (Preferred)
- Retailer level promotion, activity planning & execution: 5 years (Required)
