Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong design portfolio, a good understanding of branding and digital marketing, and the ability to create visually engaging creatives across multiple platforms. You will collaborate with the marketing, content, and video teams to produce high-quality designs that align with client and company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creatives for social media, digital campaigns, websites, and advertisements.
- Create marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, and email creatives.
- Develop branding assets such as logos, brand guidelines, and visual identities.
- Design graphics for real estate marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Work closely with content writers and marketing teams to create visually compelling campaigns.
- Maintain consistency in design across all brand touchpoints.
- Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and marketing materials.
- Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printing vendors when required.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
- Ability to create creative concepts from briefs.
- Experience designing for digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of print production and file preparation.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency or real estate industry will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of motion graphics or basic video editing is a plus.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
