Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Student Recruitment Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, understanding their academic goals, and guiding them through the study-abroad journey—from initial inquiry to enrollment.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle student inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media
- Counsel students on study-abroad options, universities, courses, and destinations
- Assess student profiles and recommend suitable academic pathways
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams for applications, documentation, and offer letters
- Support students through the admission and visa process
- Participate in webinars, virtual events, and promotional activities
- Ensure a high level of student satisfaction and ethical counseling standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education-related background preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in student recruitment, education counseling, or sales (freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills
- Ability to handle multiple leads and work with targets
- Basic knowledge of study-abroad processes is an advantage
- Comfortable using CRM tools, WhatsApp, and MS Office/Google Workspace

This is a completely commission-based job, the salary mentioned here isa commission (between 10K - 15K per converted student).
