Role Description
This is a Remote Contract role with potential future Hybrid opportunities.
As a Full Stack Developer (AI), you will contribute to the design, development, and continuous improvement of Vayon's platform. You will work across both frontend and backend systems, help integrate AI-powered capabilities, and collaborate closely with product and leadership teams to create scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain frontend and backend platform features
- Build responsive and intuitive user experiences
- Integrate AI tools, APIs, and automation workflows
- Design scalable and maintainable system architecture
- Create reusable components, templates, and workflows
- Troubleshoot, test, and optimize application performance
- Collaborate directly with founders on product development
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and AI advancements
Qualifications
- Experience in Full Stack Development
- Understanding of modern frontend and backend technologies
- Familiarity with AI tools, APIs, or AI-powered applications
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Startup mindset with willingness to learn and adapt
Preferred
- Experience with SaaS products
- Experience working on project management or collaboration platforms
- Understanding of workflow automation systems
- Experience building AI-enabled applications

Compensation: Aligned with the current stage of the venture, with significant learning opportunities, ownership, international exposure, and direct involvement in building a next-generation platform for Media and Entertainment.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
