Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor needle punch machines during production.
- Set up machines according to production specifications and work orders.
- Feed raw materials into the machine and ensure continuous production flow.
- Adjust machine settings to achieve required product quality and output.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of machines.
- Identify and report machine malfunctions or production issues to supervisors.
- Maintain production records and daily operating logs.
- Follow workplace safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in minimizing material waste and improving production efficiency.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience operating needle punch or textile manufacturing machines preferred.
- Basic understanding of machine operation and maintenance.
- Ability to read production instructions and quality specifications.
- Good attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to work in shifts and stand for extended periods.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the nonwoven textile industry.
- Knowledge of production quality standards.
- Basic troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
