Job Title:: Officer - Front Office & Administration Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized professional to anchor our Bangalore office. In this multi-faceted role, the selected candidate will be the face of the company at the front office, shall provide critical secretarial support to the CEO, and will assist with talent acquisition and day-to-day office administration.
Key Responsibilities:: 1. Front Office & Guest Relations * Greet and welcome clients, guests, and interview candidates with a high standard of warmth and professionalism. * Manage the central switchboard, routing calls efficiently and handling general inquiries. * Maintain a pristine, welcoming, and aesthetic office environment
2. CEO Secretarial Support * Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling internal and external meetings, and sending timely reminders. * Coordinate complex domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, hotel bookings, and local logistics. * Draft professional emails, prepare meeting agendas, and handle confidential corporate documentation with utmost discretion.
3. Recruitment Coordination * Assist the HR function by scheduling interviews and coordinating between candidates and hiring managers. * Ensure a seamless and welcoming onboarding experience for new hires. * Maintain updated candidate pipelines. 4. General Office Administration * Oversee daily office operations, including vendor management, facility maintenance, and office security protocols. * Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure the office maintains premium standards of cleanliness. * Manage office supplies, pantry inventory, and stationary distribution. Candidate Profile & Qualifications::
* Education:and Experience
Graduate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in front-office, hospitality, admin or customer service roles.
* Location: Based in or willing to move to Bangalore.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
