Hiring: Client Servicing Executive
Location: Mumbai (Western Line)
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Servicing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to manage enterprise clients effectively.
Industry Preference:
Candidates must have experience from Logistics, Courier, Aggregator, or E-commerce companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain relationships with enterprise clients
- Resolve client queries and complaints via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Ensure prompt follow-up and effective issue resolution
- Build strong client relationships through professional communication
- Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback
- Coordinate with internal teams for unresolved issues and proactive follow-ups
- Retain existing clients and enhance customer satisfaction
- Deliver excellent customer service with empathy and patience
Requirements:
- Strong desire to learn and grow
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good MS Excel knowledge
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Awareness of startup and industry trends
- Strong listening skills and telephone etiquette
