Role Responsibilities:
Contact and follow up with prospective students
Provide information about online & international programs
Guide candidates through the admission process
Maintain lead records and update CRM
Requirements:
Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
Confidence in handling calls and follow-ups
Basic computer knowledge
Experience in telecalling/education counselling preferred
