We are hiring Tele-Collections Executives for a professional Banking Collections Call Center – Voice Process in Begumpet, Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers for payment follow-ups.
- Handle customer payment commitments / PTP follow-ups.
- Update call dispositions and customer interactions accurately.
- Communicate professionally with customers.
- Work towards assigned collection and productivity targets.
- Follow process, quality and compliance guidelines.
Candidate Profile
- DRA-certified candidates will be given preference.
- Previous Banking / NBFC / Tele-Collections / Debt Recovery experience preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and target-oriented work.
- Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
