Management Trainee in the new world driven by AI is part of Profounder Program. The role involves applying acquired knowledge with available CodelessAI Application Design & Orchestration platform into a live and deployed application on play & app stores. The training involves researching the process, use various AI tools to build AI Enabled Software application that automates the process under consideration.
It's full time role with 6 months of training and to bring out the champion in you to Build Application & Grow team for areas listed below or of your choice that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives:
- Digital Sales & Marketing - for GTM planning & execution of all Products built / developed for Clients and SaaS rollouts by managing digital marketing campaigns, including SMS, web, SEO/SEM, email, social media to bring and generate leads
- Products - for driving Agile / Scrum practices, Product Development / Design SME and the go to person to resolve every impediment for MVP / MDP / Live for successful rollout of Reliable and Scalable SaaS applications & Client rollouts
- Technology - for building the CodelessAI Platform that powers all the applications and also offered as a SaaS platform for application design and development. Skills required on Java, JavaScript, CSS, AI / ML using Java/Python
- Legal & Compliance - for Document Management, Drafting, Contracting, Digital Signature, Activity / Case list tracking, coordinating on legal matters, compliance matters and financial matters with lawyers, Company secretary & Charted Accountants in India & Abroad. This role involves setting up the entire Startup incorporation to funding & investments

- Human Resources - Software Product for managing various HR functions, including payroll processing, operational tasks, basic accounting duties, and recruitment activities
- Accounting - Software Product for Bookkeeping, Finalization of Accounts, Financial Reports & Taxation
- Legal - Software Product for Document Management, Contracting, Digital Signature, Activity / Case list tracking
- Finance - Software Product for Valuation, Investor Interaction, Startup Onboarding & Financial Advisory
- Digital Sales & Marketing - Software Product for managing digital marketing campaigns, including SMS, web, SEO/SEM, email, social media to bring and generate leads
- Ecommerce - Software Product for shopping, cart management, payments and transaction management
- DevOps - Software Product to design, implement, and mainten scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructure and DevSecOps.
- Ticketing & Task Management - Software Product for creating tasks, tracking activities and managing projects, ticket creation, resolution & closure
- Business Insights & Intelligence - Software Product for charts, dashboards, data analysis and modeling
- AI / GenAI- Software Product for Chatbots, AI / ML Modeling, RPA, GenAI Integrations
Qualifications:
- Freshers with prior internships is a plus
- MBA or equivalent business experience is a plus.
- Fair understanding of AI and ML technologies, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
Additional Information: (NON - NEGOTIABLE)
- 6 months' training @ 7500/-pm Stipend
- 3 Months interim review for exceptional performers and early confirmation
- 15000/-pm and above upon confirmation and based on performance
- Additional performance & yearly bonus of Rs. 65000/-.
- Work Location: In person at Thane Mon-Fri 9am-7pm. No Remote
- Only Mumbai/Thane candidates will be preferred
- 1-3% sweat equity upon successfully establishing the business model for the Software Product
