Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced NEET Biology Faculty (Tamil Medium) to train medical aspirants preparing for the NEET examination. The candidate should possess excellent subject knowledge in Botany and Zoology, be capable of teaching complex biological concepts in Tamil, and guide students towards achieving high NEET scores through concept-based learning and regular assessments. Similar roles typically emphasize NCERT-based teaching, lesson planning, assessments, mentoring, and exam-oriented content development.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach NEET Biology (Botany & Zoology) for Classes XI & XII in Tamil Medium.
- Deliver concept-oriented classroom sessions aligned with the latest NCERT and NEET syllabus.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and question banks.
- Conduct chapter-wise tests, mock exams, and revision sessions.
- Clear students' doubts and provide individual academic mentoring.
- Analyze student performance and recommend improvement strategies.
- Stay updated with NEET syllabus, exam patterns, and previous year question trends.
- Participate in academic meetings, curriculum planning, and parent interactions when required.
- Use smart classroom tools, presentations, and online teaching platforms effectively.
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Botany, Zoology, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in NEET Biology coaching is preferred.
- Ability to teach fluently in Tamil.
- Strong knowledge of the NCERT Biology syllabus.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

- Ability to simplify difficult concepts for Tamil medium students.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Experience in creating MCQs, mock tests, and study materials.
