About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Operation Executive to support our Business Development and Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling sales inquiries, coordinating with internal departments, managing back-office operations, maintaining documentation, and ensuring smooth execution of business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Handle sales inquiries, customer communications, and follow-ups.
Manage back-office operations, documentation, and business records.
Prepare quotations, proposals, reports, and business presentations.
Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Regulatory, Purchase, and Accounts teams.
Track customer requirements, order status, and project timelines.
Maintain MIS reports and operational data.
Support business development activities and customer relationship management.
Ensure timely completion of documentation and operational processes.
Coordinate meetings and follow up on action items.
Assist in process improvement and business growth initiatives.
Required Skills
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Experience in handling sales inquiries and customer interactions.
Knowledge of back-office operations and business documentation.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Experience in Pharma/Nutraceutical industry will be preferred.
