Shift Timing
Rotational Shift Duty
Candidates must be flexible to work in rotational shifts as per company requirements.
Weekly Off
One weekly off will be provided as per shift roster and management schedule.
Job Responsibilities
- Installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical machinery and equipment.
- Routine inspection of machines to identify faults and breakdowns.
- Preventive and corrective maintenance of production machinery.
- Fitting, assembling, dismantling, and alignment of machine parts.
- Handling tools, welding equipment, grinders, and fitting instruments safely.
- Ensuring minimum machine downtime and smooth production operations.
- Coordinating with the production and maintenance team for operational efficiency.
- Maintaining records of maintenance activities and machine status.
- Following all safety procedures and company policies during work.
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Knowledge of industrial machinery and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read basic mechanical drawings and layouts.
- Familiarity with fitting tools and maintenance practices.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in manufacturing or production industry preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and in shift operations.
Qualification
- ITI / Diploma in Fitter, Mechanical, or relevant trade preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in mechanical fitting or maintenance work in an industrial setup preferred.
Other Requirements
- Physically fit and capable of handling industrial work.
- Disciplined, punctual, and responsible in duty.
- Team player with good coordination skills.
Salary
Salary will be based on experience and interview performance.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
