Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Marketing Executive to promote our products in Kollam market, generate leads, build strong retailer relationships, and support business growth. Candidate must be familiar with Kollam routes and local market.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits across Kollam district (assigned route).
- Visit retailers, wholesalers, and potential customers.
- Promote company products, offers, and schemes.
- Generate new leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Collect competitor information and market feedback.
- Submit daily visit reports to management.
- Coordinate with sales and warehouse team for order processing.
Requirements
- Prefer candidates from Kollam district.
- Minimum qualification: 12th / Any Degree.
- 1–2 years experience in field marketing/sales preferred
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license.
- Familiar with Kollam local routes and market.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
