About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Lead/Asst Manager/Manager – Organic Marketing with 6–10 years of experience in driving brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation through organic channels. This role is dedicated to building KLST’s organic presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and industry forums, leveraging AI + Strategic Creativity, content marketing, SEO, GEO, AEO thought leadership, and community engagement to attract and nurture high-quality leads. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated storyteller with a deep understanding of B2B organic marketing for software products, capable of creating compelling narratives that position KLST & KLoBot products — KLapper, imDocShare, netDocShare, and Legal101 — as market leaders in the legal technology space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive organic marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation without reliance on paid media.
- Create and distribute authentic, high-quality content (blogs, articles, case studies, whitepapers, videos, infographics) tailored for LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and the KLST & KLoBot website, ensuring originality and audience relevance.
- Optimize website content and structure for SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to ensure high search engine rankings, improved indexing, meta descriptions, and keyword alignment with target audience intent — including optimizing content so AI models like Google Gemini, Claude, and ChatGPT can easily parse and surface it in AI-driven search results.
- Build and nurture an active online community by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and participating in relevant industry conversations on social platforms.
- Drive thought leadership initiatives by writing by-lined articles, securing speaking engagements, and representing KLST at virtual and in-person industry forums.
- Explore and execute Social and Video Commerce strategies to drive engagement and conversions through platforms like LinkedIn, X, and YouTube, turning organic content into actionable business opportunities.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to identify customer pain points and translate them into compelling organic content that drives qualified traffic and inbound inquiries.
- Monitor and analyze organic performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social listening platforms, using insights to refine content, SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies continuously.
- Identify and recommend relevant industry events, webinars, and podcasts for organic speaking and participation opportunities, maintaining an event calendar for visibility.
- Partner with customers and partners to co-create organic content such as joint case studies, guest blogs, and co-branded thought leadership pieces.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports on organic traffic, engagement, lead generation, and content performance to C-suite executives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure organic marketing initiatives align with broader brand, product, and sales objectives.
Key Qualifications:
- 6–10 years of demonstrated success in organic marketing, content marketing, and B2B lead generation with measurable outcomes for software products.
- Proven expertise in SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), content strategy, and social media organic growth (LinkedIn, X, YouTube).
- Strong portfolio of published thought leadership content (blogs, articles, whitepapers) with measurable engagement and lead conversion.
- Experience in driving organic traffic and inbound leads through website optimization, blog content, and gated assets.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush) and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a talent for simplifying complex technology concepts for a legal/professional audience.
- Demonstrated ability to apply AI + Strategic Creativity to content ideation, campaign design, and audience engagement.
- Experience collaborating with sales and product teams to align organic marketing with business goals.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Prior experience in legal technology, SaaS, or enterprise software product marketing.
- Familiarity with Social and Video Commerce strategies and execution on platforms like LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and YouTube.
